Welcome to the web site for the Booker Rules Competition 2011. This competition
is the first being run to our simplified set of rules. The competition is
designed to be inclusive and fun for all levels of competitors yet still
stretching for those with more experience.
In 2011 the competition will be run over 9 days starting on 30th April. The
competition will be directed by Jim White with assistance from Doug Hilton and
Mike Collett. It is open to all full, reciprocal, and temporary members of Booker
Gliding Club irrespective of competition experience.
A FAI licence is not required but entrants are expected to familiarise
themselves with the local airspace and circuit patterns before the competition.
The entry fee is set at just £20. There is a special temporary membership
available for visitors costing just £30 for the 3 months to 9th May 2011. |

It's the end of comp but as I landed everyone out it won't be much of a party! Turbo gliders unsurprisingly flew the furthest today.....I feel a new rule coming on!
